No No Kuni II DLC The Lair of the Lost Lord angekündigt

Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom erhält den erste große DLC. "The Lair of the Lost Lord" wird im Winter 2018 erscheinen und ist für  Für Inhaber des Season Pass ist dieser Zusatzinhalt kostenlos. 

Die größte Ergänzung ist "the deep random dungeon called 'Labyrinth.' This is a super difficult dungeon that is even harder than the high difficulty 'Faraway Forest' dungeon. Neben dem neuen Dungeon gibt es auch mit "Martial Method" ein komplett neues Kampfsystem, neue Waffen, neue Quests "that touch upon the main characters’ pasts, and more." Der DLC kann gespielt werden sobald Chapter 4 des Hauptspiels abgeschlossen wurde.

Zur Story des DLCs heißt es wie folgt: "A mysterious gate suddenly appeared at the Rubbly Ruins. Beyond the gate is a chaotic space where the cause of the corruption can be found. 'The Prince of Wraiths,' who rules over the Labyrinth, seems to be using the corruption to try to destroy Evan’s kingdom of Evermore. If the Labyrinth is left alone, the corruption will slip out from the gate and swallow up Evermore. In order to defeat the Prince of Wraiths, Evan and company take on the Labyrinth…

The Labyrinth was created long ago to seal something away, but now that it has carried out its duty, a chaotic random dungeon seems to be spreading within it. The corruption that drifts from the gate signals the dungeon’s terror… What lies in wait at its innermost depths?"
