Release Datum und Collector's Edition zu One Piece World Seeker veröffentlicht

Das neue Abenteuer rund um Luffy hat ab sofort einen Release-Termin. Ab dem 15.03.2019 können wir auf Reisen mit dem sympathischen Piraten gehen und spannende Abenteuer erleben. Außerdem wurden neue Gameplay-Features sowie die Inhalte der Pre-Order und der Collector‘s Edition* zu veröffentlicht. Die Collector's Edition ist nur bei ausgewählten Händlern verfügbar und falls hier euch dafür interessieren solltet, findet ihr hier eine Liste der Händler.

"As well as seamlessly traversing the world using Luffy’s acrobatic Gum-Gum fruit abilities, we are introduced to Luffy’s two main action modes (Haki). The first, is the strength-based Arm Haki, that focuses on raw power, allowing Luffy to use overwhelming force to defeat his opponents. The second, Observation Haki, which allows Luffy to slow down time as well as improving his sneaking prowess with stealth attacks and the ability to see enemies and more through walls."

Das Gameplay zeigt ebenfalls einen ersten Blick auf den Skill Tree und Crafting/Cooking Mechanics. "By completing missions and progressing through the game, Luffy will be granted Skill Points that enable players to upgrade his powers and abilities via the Skill Tree to suit their own play style. Crafting is accessed via Usopp or Franky, two of Luffy’s Straw Hat Pirate Crew, who can use items and materials found by Luffy in the world to create new equipment, while Sanji can cook Lunch Boxes for the rest of the crew, enabling them to explore the islands and gather additional resources for players.

Finally, Luffy’s incredibly powerful Gear Fourth mode is revealed for the first time, giving players access to powerful new combat skills and traversal techniques, abilities that last only for a short time." 

Vorbesteller von One Piece World Seeker erhalten Zugang zu einer exklusiven Mission. In dieser gilt es, die mysteriösen Geheimnisse um die monsterförmigen Felsen der Insel zu enthüllen. Hinzu kommen zwei einzigartige Outfits, das Luffy Militär-Kostüm und das Badeanzug-Kostüm. PlayStation4-Spieler erhalten außerdem ein dynamisches Theme.

Die limitierte One Piece World Seeker Collector‘s Edition (Pre-Order Bonus nur bei ausgewählten Händlern verfügbar) hört auf den Namen Pirate King Edition. Neben einer Kopie des vollständigen Spiels, einer 21 cm hohen exklusiven Luffy-Figur, einer Kopie der Gum-Gum-Teufelsfrucht sowie dem originalen Soundtrack des Spiels auf CD ist ebenfalls der Season Pass enthalten.
