WWE 2K19 Announcement

AJ Styles wird der Cover Star zum kommenden WWE 2K19. Das Spiel soll am 09.10.2018 erscheinen. Neben dem Announcement gab es auch die Ankündigung, dass man 1 Millionen Dollar gewinnen kann. Dies ist allerdings kein normales eSports Turnier, sondern es 2K gab folgende Richlinien:

• "Beat a to-be-announced new mode in WWE 2K19
• Submit a promotional video explaining why you’ll beat Styles on the game
• Win a tournament against three other finalists
• Beat AJ Styles himself at WWE 2K19"

Zum späteren Zeitpunkt möchte 2K weiter Einzelheiten zur "One Million Dollar Challenge" veröffentlichen. "Here's the problem with the Million Dollar Challenge. I don't like to lose. Hey, I'm not going to make it easy. I do want them to win, sure. Just against someone else. Nevertheless, I need to get in the lab and make sure that doesn't happen and if they do win a million dollars I'm going to put them to the test. But it's a fun play, man. And I know there are some gamers out there who dedicate themselves 24/7 to making sure they're the best and I'm looking forward to the competition.", sagte Styles selbst zur Challenge. 

Außerdem äußerte sich Styles zu seinem Cover Titel: "So many unexpected things have happened to me in WWE and this is one of them. There are a lot of other people who deserve to be on the cover. I can name several. But only a few have actually done it. So to be one of those few is huge to me. I really can't express how grateful I am to 2K for allowing me to be on the cover."
