Yakuza 6 The Song of Life kommt am 17.4.2018 heraus und Sega hat in Zusammenarbeit mit Liquid Advertising drei neue Shorts veröffentlicht, welche, um Authentizität zu geben, alle in Japan gedreht wurden. "Have you heard of the man named Kazuma Kiryu? There are many stories about this man and the lives he’s affected. We’re going to explore the legend of the “Dragon of Dojima” from three individuals who had their lives changed after meeting with Kiryu. There’s a Dragon within all of us, and in this video, we meet with a young girl named Haruka who gained the courage to fully express herself.", heißt es offiziell zu den Videos. Die Videos spielen in der Sichtweise drei Charaktere aus vorherigen Yakuza Spielen. "Fans will remember Tatsu, Yuina, and Haruka from the substories “Prodigal Son,” (Yakuza Kiwami), “The Bouncer” (Yakuza Kiwami), and “Another Haruka” (Yakuza 5). In this series, we catch up with each of these characters as they remember the time they crossed paths with the Dragon, who not only put himself in harm’s way to save them from danger, but also demonstrated a generosity and resolve that changed their lives for years to come."
